SPECIAL CHARACTERSISTICS & APPLICATION Low coefficient of friction, besides properties of general purpose polyurethane. It is suitable for winding in small size motors, coils of electrical instruments, especially of high speed winding. Low coefficient of friction, besides properties of polyurethane, suitable for winding in small and medium electrical instruments, for high speed winding. Self solderable property with its low dielectric dissipation factor under high frequency. It can be widely used in electrical instruments of machine tools, motors which have special requirements of this type of enamel. Self solderable with high potential both under the dry and humid conditions, good properties in heat shock and cut through, it is suitable for the coils of various motors appliances, instruments and telephone equipments. PACKING
The wires shall be wound evenly and compactly on plastic/wooden spools without any deformation. The spools shall be packed in suitable cartons. Dimensions of the spools shall be as per table given below :

Each spool & carton shall be labelled with the following with indelible ink :


i) Manufacturer's Name and / or Trade mark.
ii) Material code No.
iii) Type of enamel.
iv) Type of covering.
v) Size of wire in swg/mm.
vi) Net weight of wire.
vii) Batch No.
STORAGE

The spools shall be stored on racks and in dry atmosphere. Please pay attention to the following points when storing wires for a long period of time.

i) Never store wires in an area exposed to direct sunlight.
ii) Avoid high-humidity environments.
iii) Avoid special environments (gasses).
iv) Be sure that no electric wire will hit other articles or other wires.
v) Never store wires in a dusty area.
